Warranty Policy
OVERVIEW
At NOVLYX®, we are committed to delivering products that meet high standards of quality, durability, and performance. To provide our customers with confidence when purchasing our products, all NOVLYX® items are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
This Warranty Policy outlines the terms, conditions, coverage, and limitations associated with the NOVLYX® warranty program. By purchasing or using NOVLYX® products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Warranty Policy.

SECTION 1 - WARRANTY COVERAGE
NOVLYX® warrants that all glasses purchased through official NOVLYX® sales channels will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for a period of two (2) years from the date the product is delivered to the customer.
If a manufacturing defect arises during the warranty period, NOVLYX® will, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the defective product
- Provide replacement components where applicable
- Provide a comparable replacement product if the original product is no longer available
Warranty replacements are intended to restore the normal function and usability of the product.
SECTION 2 - WHAT IS COVERED
The NOVLYX® 2-Year Limited Warranty covers defects resulting from manufacturing issues, including but not limited to:
- Structural defects in the frame
- Faulty or broken hinge mechanisms caused by manufacturing defects
- Manufacturing defects affecting the lenses
- Assembly defects that impair the normal use of the product
- Material defects that occur under normal use conditions
If a product is determined to contain a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, NOVLYX® will work with the customer to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
SECTION 3 - WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by circumstances outside of normal use, including but not limited to:
- Accidental damage (including dropping, crushing, or impact)
- Improper storage or handling
- Scratches or cosmetic damage caused by misuse
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Loss or theft of the product
- Normal wear and tear that occurs over time
Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or circumstances outside the intended use of the product is not covered under this warranty.
SECTION 4 - WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS
If you believe your NOVLYX® product qualifies for warranty coverage, please follow the process below:

Our support team will review your claim and determine whether the issue qualifies under warranty coverage.
Additional information may be requested to assist in evaluating the claim.
SECTION 5 - WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS
If a warranty claim is approved:
- NOVLYX® will provide a replacement product or suitable alternative.
- Replacement products may be new or refurbished products of equal functionality.
- If the original product is unavailable, NOVLYX® may provide a comparable product of equal or greater value.
Shipping arrangements for warranty replacements may vary depending on the customer's location.
The replacement product will remain covered under the remaining portion of the original warranty period.
SECTION 6 - PROOF OF PURCHASE
To qualify for warranty service, customers may be required to provide valid proof of purchase. Acceptable proof of purchase may include:
- Order confirmation
- Receipt from an authorized NOVLYX® retailer
- Other verifiable purchase documentation
Products obtained through unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
This warranty is provided only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by NOVLYX®. Except as expressly stated in this policy, NOVLYX® makes no additional warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain limitations described in this policy may not apply to you.
SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NOVLYX® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its products.
NOVLYX®’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
SECTION 9 - WARRANTY POLICY CHANGES
NOVLYX® reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page and will apply to purchases made after the updated policy becomes effective.
Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
